---- PAYMENT INFORMATION ----

Payment method through PAYPAL or KO-FI only. Cryptocurrency is NOT accepted. 50% PAYMENT UPFRONT. I will only start illustrating once payment has been sent. Please send proof of payment. Once the 50% payment is confirmed, this confirms your commission with me. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the end of the commission before sending you the file.Prices are subject to increase if character(s) are more detailed, which would increase the time necessary to complete the project.
This can be discussed when inquiring for a commission piece.REFUNDS
I will provide refunds under the following circumstances:
a) If your request is canceled before I have started.
b) If for any reason I myself cannot complete the artwork.
There are no other accepted terms for refunds

---- DEADLINES ----

Commissions may take up to 10-14 business days. If factors that may delay arise, such as complexity of your request, health problems, work or any other personal problems, I will contact you as soon as possible.REVISIONS
Once payment has been received, I will send over a sketch. I will accept revisions during this planning process. Once the sketch has been approved, I will start working on your commission. I will send you visual updates of the process, during this time I will accept a maximum of 2 revisions.
Any revisions to artwork will add on 1-2 business days.
Please note. Revisions that add more complexity to the whole commission piece / any major revisions to the final piece after it has been completed and sent to you, will incur additional fees.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:
I, the artist...reserve the rights over the final artwork to post into my portfolio. If you don't want the art to be posted on my social media, please let me know!will provide visual updates (sketches, drafts, base colored drawings) throughout the illustrating process. Updates will be sent to you privately through your most convenient method of communication (DM or EMAIL)will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs)have the right to turn down your commission without justification.--You, as the commissioner...must provide clear visual and/or text references to be used as a guide in your commission piece. Please indicate specific details such as color schemes, poses, props (if applicable) etc. to avoid mistakes/delays in the commission.reserve the right to ask for updates and contact me regarding the visual process of your commission piece.reserve the right to ask for minor revisions free of charge. Please refer to ** PAYMENT INFORMATION ** for details on what might incur additional fees.are prohibited to resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrencyreserve the right to use/edit/crop/print/resize your commission piece for personal use. *Commercial production of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited. *reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on your social media account/s and/or websites given that you will credit/tag/link my social media platforms (twitter, instagram)
